As a Senior Member's Services Associate, John oversaw The Waterpark guest services staff. Responsibilities included cash handling for a facility that grossed over $1 million during the summer season, staffed and managed a staff of over 20 employees, and was the primary contact for guest relations. He is also responsible for troubleshooting problems with guests' memberships. John is also cross-trained to be a fitlinxx instructor, which is a software platform that helps guests begin an effective workout plan and track progress over time.

As a grill manager, John was in charge of preparing all food items in a time-sensitive atmosphere. He also interacted with customers and learned conflict resolution skills. Today, John's role has evolved to understanding the mechanical background of the machinery, handling food orders and money, and monitoring staff quality.

-Was responsible for planning and organizing social events within a limited budget.-Tasked with scouting good character qualities that would make for positive members.-Recruited 12 men in the spring and 25 in the fall; each semester our numbers were above the campus average.

As a seasonal employee, John worked two summers helping to install roof systems across Central and Northern Indiana. He worked first-hand with a team to work efficiently and smoothly with our operations.
