Scheduling maintenance of all data center power and HVAC infrastructure. Scheduling any emergency repairs and responding to any pages from the building management system or onsite staff. Order and schedule new rack and power installs. Order and schedule new network drop installs. Managed the schedule for the facilities maintenance/repair and the hardware installs and removes from the data center. Created a hardware installation team to better manage the quality of work being done during the installs. Helped develop and then managed the asset database for the equipment on the floor. Worked on the following data center improvement projects: power addition for dc1, data center 2 build out, ATS addition, generator upgrade, suite expansion, access control and security camera upgrade and worked with a group to standardize the racks, pdu's and cabling going into the racks on the floor.

Responsible for training and supervising the night shift operations team in building and trouble shooting the backups on the Nestle servers in North and South America. We performed live monitoring of the jobs and worked with the local smart hands to get issues resolved in a timely manner. Also provided restores of accidently deleted information from the server systems. maintained documentation on the servers that were being backed up and performed monthly audits of the jobs to make sure no systems were missing from the jobs. Gave a daily turnover of ongoing issues for the shift was relieving us.
