Activated for Operation Enduring Freedom, from January 2003 to January 2004. Second-in-command for a 41-person team providing training in the Military Decision Making Process to multi-functional teams within newly mobilized organizations in order to prepare them for overseas assignments in forward-deployed areas. Established strategic plans and managed all logistical requirements for supported training teams. Trained a 30 person staff using the Military Decision Making Process; directed a team of seven people to accomplish this training. The effort was recognized as deploying organization’s best training experience.

Program Manager with the Rhythms IT organization with a focus on web-based solutions and support to the Field Services organization. Implemented an automated scheduling system for Rhythms Field Services. Using SERVICEPower as the scheduling application, the project developed two user interfaces (one for Remedy and one for Siebel) and provided all 9 DSL install vendors with the capability to view, track, and actively manage their technicians using a real-time management solution.
