With a diverse background spanning military service, academics, construction, and engineering, I bring a unique perspective to every challenge I encounter.My journey began as a submariner in the US Navy, where I honed my discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. Transitioning to civilian life, I pursued my passion for technology and enrolled at the University of Hawaii to study Electrical Engineering.Returning home to North Carolina, I ventured into the dynamic world of construction, scaling cell towers and gaining hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure. Seeking further growth, I joined the City of Charlotte as a full-time electrician-turned-project manage while simultaneously completing my degree in Industrial Engineering at East Carolina University.While challenging, this dual commitment not only expanded my technical expertise but also instilled in me the importance of efficiency and optimization in every aspect of my work. These principles guided me into the realm of HVAC and automation design, where I found my niche in indoor agriculture as the Director of Engineering at Cresco Labs.Currently, I leverage my comprehensive background in HVAC design and sales to provide innovative thermal management solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
