*Issued an RFP to multiple suppliers in order to resource roughly $1 million of business from a current supplier to preferred vendors, resulting in an identified savings of $110,000 *Built a material calculation tool that determines whether HDPE or Poly Propylene resin provides better value based on molder, part volume, shipping quantity, and location resulting in a clearer view of raw material prices per order*Assisted in creating a master tooling file containing all injection molding tools and relevant information for each tool, and implemented a new process in which data is maintained and current*Created a standardized tooling tracker template used in weekly meetings with suppliers, engineering, and purchasing to track Polaris tooling projects *Assisted in developing should-cost models for metal stampings which will help buyers understand how quotes from suppliers should be structured

*Assisted the Finance Operations team in managing, planning, and analyzing the financials of Toro manufacturing and distribution facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia in order to ensure operational efficiency and profitability*Lead an effort to develop a new process to capture asset depreciation expense by value stream and cost center for the Shakopee, MN manufacturing plant, resulting in improved accuracy in developing costing rates as well as higher product cost integrity*Worked with the sourcing group to develop a total cost of ownership model used by the indirect and advanced sourcing managers in selecting best value suppliers*Worked with a team of interns in developing a regulatory compliance index for each functional area within the company with the goal creating a cost effective risk management tool for the use of middle and upper management*Conducted daily parts sales report each day within SAP to provide upper management with a high level summary of worldwide part sales

During the summer I managed a multi-cultural lawn care team of 10 members in order to complete work at 23 town home properties each week. During the winter, I coordinated and scheduled snow removal teams for each snowfall to meet the requirement of removal within 12 hours of the end of the snowfall.
