I have experience in valuation of a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, residential, multifamily housing, education, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment venues. I have been involved in assignments for a comprehensive set of clienteles from local and national lenders to financial institutions, insurance companies, REITs, pension funds, federal, state and local government agencies, attorneys, developers, and private individuals. Prior to entering the valuation industry, I spent nearly a decade in the construction industry, performing in a multitude of positions including field work, safety compliance, estimation, and purchasing.I also have five years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in facilities maintenance, which included training in clean-room and safety protocols, record documentation, and team management.
