Manage expatriate and Egyptian National production engineering staff for the largest joint venture oil and gas company in Egypt (158,000 BOPD & 785 MMSCF/D) Advise and guide teams that: create, schedule, and implement workover and completions programs; update production allocations and monthly volume financial reports; handle all aspects of artificial lift; optimize waterflood operations; implement new process facilities; and efficiently bring new wells onlineAssist in establishing annual capital budgets for facilities and well work Create, track, and present operations, planning, and goal-related information to upper management Liaise with Geology, Reservoir, Drilling, Materials, Projects, and Finance departments to effectively and efficiently implement development and exploration programs Improve work processes within the joint venture‬‬‬Chosen as 1 of 3 Incident Command System Planning Section Chiefs, to assist in instances of major local or global emergencies, to document processes, coordinate between other task groups, create work assignments, and report to the incident commander as needed
