Responsible to manage and execute Soft, Hard and Security Services for AFREXIMBANK HQ and Executive residences. Manage the maintenance crew in HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, firefighting, fire alarm system, all the plumping activities, and the carpentry activates as well.Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handling units, A/C systems, coolers and heaters –diesel generators).Supervise and execute maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive and corrective activities.Monitoring the electrical and chilled water consumption are confirm and meet the budget of the project. If there is an increase, investigation for reasons for the increase is carried out.Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well.Dealing with USG regulations that are applicable in specific projects.Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying safety first principle).Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities.Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement, and renovations.Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues.Assisting in setting the budget of the extra works and special projects.Interviewing the technicians and engineers for hiring in the vacant positions.Issuing the monthly report for trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during the month.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC and electrical equipment such as chillers, HVAC system, Pumps, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Diesel Generator at various facilities as Vodafone’s HQ, US-Aid and many other smaller projects.Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all equipment.Maintain the service crew in stand-by mode for any malfunction or trouble issue, have the ability to solve it with an effective way and prevent it to happen in the future.

Study the load estimation & distribution of any building (manufacturing / commercial /Head offices and Hotels) using HAP.Use design software such as AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD to create all relevant shop drawings of the project.Deal with local and foreign suppliers to get needed components and materials that conform our design quality.Work on critical applications projects made for pharmaceutical companies.Design reliable air handling units and chillers to supply the desired cooling capacity requested by the customer.Have direct contact with the maintenance team. Work close with the service team to repair any malfunction occurs across Egypt and get feedbacks to do any necessary design modifications.

Design from scratch all the interior and exterior components of heavy vehicles. Deal with awide variety of materials and having into consideration the parameters and machiningprocedures carried out to produce each part.Study all kinds of motion and stresses applied on every mechanical part to choose the suitablematerial and having satisfactory safe factor.Dealing with European / British standards depending on customer’s request and the operationenvironment of these vehicles.
