Mr. Maxwell has worked in banking for 3 years in many different area’s including fraud detection, risk detection, proactive account review, retail credit acquisition and small business lending acquisition. Mr. Maxwell has used this experience to become very well versed in the banking industry. Mr. Maxwell has received a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Liberty University. In addition, Mr. Maxwell earned his lending authority in March of 2009. Mr. Maxwell was previously a realtor for 5 years. Mr. Maxwell became proficient with market trends and real estate analysis as well as individual marketing and product placement. Mr. Maxwell served in the US Air Force from 1997-2002.Mr. Maxwell's strengths include excellent customer relations, time management and the ability to work individually as well as in a team setting. Mr. Maxwell has experience in retail and small business lending, including analyzing credit reports, bank statements, public records, and mortgage types to come to a sound credit decision. Mr. Maxwell is currently a mentor to new hires as well as tenured lenders who are looking to improve their overall performance. As the banking industry continues to change both regulatory and economically Mr. Maxwell has been able to adapt to those changes quickly and efficiently. Mr. Maxwell is currently a Co-Chair for the professional development group of (MSAG) Military Support Affinity Group through Bank of America. Mr. Maxwell works hand in hand with the ESGR-DE in putting together resume/interview workshops for military members transitioning to civilian careers.
