In my current role as a Senior Manager of Business Operations at MACOM, I liaise with the sales and operations teams, driving customer satisfaction, revenue and gross margin attainment, and order backlog management. As well as my technical background as an RF Design Engineer, I have qualifications and experience in management, project management, strategy and innovation.I served in my previous role as a Senior Product Engineering Manager at MACOM for 7 years. Over this time, I lead the new product development team in managing the Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to bring a wide variety of RF products to market. My NPI team was responsible for managing products through the entire lifecycle - from Engineering prototype phase, through to large quantity analysis and production release phase, ensuring that products were profitable and reliable at production release time, and setup to be automatically handled by the Operations group post release.I have a strong engineering background, with an Honours Masters and Degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering. I also have extensive experience in applications, operations, product management, and leadership roles in large global organizations.
