With a passion for real estate over many years, I have recently registered as a licenced real estate agent working within the COMPANY RE team. With a desire to see families see their vision to own their future in real estate, whether as homeowner or investor. This is complemented with my experience in business coaching and consultancy that provides business strategy and improvement support to SME and start-ups, under my own business JMCM Enterprises. I have over 30 years’ experience in business development, improvement and product roles across SME within a variety of industries including manufacturing, print/label and technology.Our mission is to create sustainable and highly effective operations and teams that enable a business to fulfill their mission and profitable growth. Often coming in where a business is transitioning into a new phase or struggling within their current market. I look at a business with fresh eyes bringing leadership, strategy and problem solving in complex environments. Together with understanding the market and the value the business brings to their prospects and clients.
