Main Responsibilities Include: • Participation in all forecast and revenue attainment meetings, P&L Analysis, and Capital Investment Analysis• Strategic Goal Champion for multiple company activities. • Financial forecasting/attainment for roughly $5-10 million a year• Tasked to establish a strong leadership role to cultivate positive change and learning throughout the organization• Maintenance of all robotic welding equipment, including Vacuum Systems and Electrical Axes Interfaces• Managing and scheduling of all Additive Manufacturing engineers and operational personnel• Act as LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt for all mfg. programs including 5S and Kaizen programs• Quality assurance and investigation of complex defects• Throughput capacity management/planning• Report directly to the GM for the company The role of Operations manager at Sciaky allows me to be deeply involved and project manage large scale funding and R&D projects with companies including NASA, Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Babcock and Wilcox, NAVAIR, DARPA, and many other diverse major industries/organizations.

I was recruited to develop procedure, assist with sales, train personnel and oversee all thermal spray operations. Primary customer was BP at the Whiting Facility, where we performed various coatings both in and out of the refinery. I was responsible for all aspects of the coatings, applications, and capital equipment. I performed all of the QC for the coatings and ensured all proper specifications were met. I designed and coordinated all equipment purchases . I was an integral part in any and all sales meetings. I was primary contact for all technical expertise. I operated all heavy equipment and maintained all coatings equipment. I engineered and provided various performance coatings types, including Cathodic Corrosion Resistance, Hard Surfacing, Machinable, High Temp Coating, Wear Resistance.
