  With more than 20 years of experience, l possess a thorough understanding of the law and the litigation skills necessary to deliver effective results to businesses and individuals facing a wide range of environmental and toxic tort actions. I have an incredible amount of successful defense experience in the courtroom, have dealt with complex litigation, and have handled numerous significant cases involving hundreds of plaintiffs and millions of dollars. I have been involved significantly and essentially from the outset, in claims regarding injury (personal injury and property damage) due to exposure to mold and due to work place exposure to allegedly toxic chemicals, such as metal working fluids. As to the former, I was counsel involved in developing testimony to support Daubert - based motions that there is no credible science to support neurotoxticity claims. As to the latter, I have served as managing counsel for mass tort claims involving hundreds of plaintiffs.With respect to involvement in the Indoor Air Quality Association, and in particular the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization, I have been appointed to the IESO Consensus Body. The consensus body oversees the development of industry standards and, in particular, at this time, it is attempting to set standards as it pertains to indoor air quality for things such as mold, arsenic, and other potential environmental hazards. Previously, I was appointed a member of the Writing Group, for the IESO, involved in developing a codified standard for preliminary evaluation and testing of contaminated sites. I was a featured speaker at the MIHS 2010 Mini-Conference where I presented on the topic of Legal Issues of Significance to Industrial Hygiene Professionals.
