Using the skills I taught myself in my previous role, I write crystal reports and use PostgreSQL to analyse data for our customers. I repair existing reports, modify them, and write new ones entirely. I frequently interact directly with customer to try and tailor reports to their unique requirements.

Worked as a systems administrator managing the implementation of a business software package. After implementation, I over saw the day-to-day operations of the software, providing training and support to end users, fielding help tickets, and managing enquiries to our external IT providers.During this role, I taught myself PostgreSQL, crystal reports, advanced excel techniques utilising complex formulas and macros, as well as many other simple aspects of IT. I learned more than I thought I could and achieved more than I thought possiblie during the implentation phase of the roll out.Left this position to go to university full time in 2020
