Don't look at my profile, look at my students, they are getting ready to change tomorrow.For 30 years prior Defined, Lead, and Developed projects for software and systems in Mobile Phone, Satellite communications, Engineering Operations, Computer Manufacturing, and began industry in PC Databases.Architecture leadership and definition including: Tools, SDKs, Systems, Large scale integrations, Engineering automation, and automation. Use of technical designs, feature roadmaps, agile methodologies, big data, analytics, and continuous integration to complete projects.Expertise in Software Engineering, DevOps, Business Ops, and On-premise/Cloud Business systems. Cooperatively, as cross-group leader, led large software projects. Managed vision and program management teams to track plans and report on corporate objectives.A career of managing, growing and hiring talent including: Developers, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Operations Engineers, and Customer Engineers. Direct and indirect reports spanned the globe (USA, India, and China). Managing teams always included being mindful of cultures and the diversities of individuals.
