Developed and implemented an employee safety program to cover several types of construction projects throughout the S.E. United States. Presently 26 projects in excess of 400 million dollars and 180 employees.Recognized by OSHA to participate in the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) for all projects in the SE region. Oversee the project safety for all projects in the Florida region including OCIP and CCIP projects.Supervise and manage 5 safety/environmental professionals in the region in addition to site safety personnel.Developed and provide corporate training for all personnel in the region. In addition to OSHA 10 and 30 hour training, classes include Crisis Management and Best Management Practices for Storm Water Runoff. (NPDES) Authorized trainer by the State of Florida DBPR to issue "continuing education credits" for contractor licensing.Working with the estimating and operations departments, I have developed preliminary safety/environmental plans and staging plans for proposed projects, and presented to the client/developers.As management oversight team, developed site soil remediation plans for major projects in south Florida.
