 Created and adjusted program cost and capacity projections based on customer milestones. Deployed company deliverables and their impact on prototype and production tooling shops. Reviewed and compose timeline, engineering data, and deliverables prior to kick-off. Identify cost drivers and develop cost reduction strategies to meet targets. Provide support in quote development to the Business Manager. Participate in Engineering Change activity. Update scheduling following kick-off and engineering changes. Lead status meetings and assist manufacturing team in containment planning.  Reported tooling status to Business Manager weekly, including cost and timing.

 Act as a liaison between engineering community and manufacturing site to increase communication during obstacle resolution and decrease vehicle down time during build. Review notes from vehicle sign off events and report issues upstream to increase build efficiency.  Support daily build meetings. Assist engineering community with issue resolution support. Verify and document closure of issues. Compile post build actions required and coordinate with pedigree planner to update vehicles in most efficient manner. Meet with PMT leaders to review sign off expectations and create sign off template. Meet with electrical, powertrain and chassis teams to determine flashing strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams during build events and encourage cooperation with local and global team members Review vehicles for safety functions as well as build completeness and test readiness prior to delivery to test community. Develop vehicle update plan including ordering and tracking parts, scheduling updates and delivering completed vehicles to testing community.  Track vehicle progress as repairs are occurring. Work closely with program management teams to facilitate low quantity vehicle builds including ordering parts to meet cost targets. Understand how parts being installed will affect the vehicle as a whole. Prepare and display reports to upper management showing daily progress of vehicles. Research and implement cost reduction strategies Develop manufacturing strategies to reduce vehicle down time. Continuously review processes and procedures to ensure that needs are being met in most efficient method.
