Currently I am the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Nextiva, Inc., where I provide strategic leadership and manage an international team of legal professionals to create and add value by helping Nextiva better understand, manage and protect against legal risk through simplification, proactive, effective and timely communication, and savvy negotiation.
