Full-time summer internship from May - August 2024. Part-time work from August 2024 to present. Job Responsibilities: • Provide support to Process Engineering tasks and projects in a team environment to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of these activities to meet customer expectations. • Work with other internal departments, customer, and vendors to resolve issues encountered during the manufacturing process. • Propose, support, and participate in continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, or cost. • Collaborate with process engineers to improve safety and lifting and handling processes. • Perform analyses of lift fixtures using classical strength of materials methods in accordance with ASME standards. • Develop CAD models and drawings (in TopSolid) for fixtures detailing parts, assemblies, bill of materials, and assembly instructions. • Communicating progress and results with process engineers, process engineering manager, and other departments. • Experience with Microsoft Office, TopSolid, SAP, and CribMaster.
