I am responsible for overseeing the finance function, including financial reporting, operational and sales reporting, business planning, treasury, and risk management. One of my key achievements was implementing procedures that improved the gross margin by 3%, through vendor consolidation, specification changes, and operational improvements. Additionally, I oversaw the acquisition and integration of Monacelli Press in 2020, which resulted in doubled revenue and record profits for the company.

In my role as VP Finance at McGraw-Hill Construction, I led the finance and order administration group, providing crucial business intelligence and financial support to various functions within the company. I successfully improved the Return on Sales from 13% to 18%, oversaw a $90 million+ cost savings program, and managed a Media Sales team responsible for $50 million in revenue. Additionally, I worked with the senior leadership team to implement new business intelligence products, which now represent over 20% of total revenue.

In my role as Controller at McGraw Hill Construction, I spearheaded the automation of reporting processes and successfully consolidated financials for multiple business units. By streamlining operations and implementing efficient strategies, I contributed to the company's overall growth and success.
