With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a results-oriented, and customer-focused relationship manager and connector of people. Never has this been more important or rewarding as with Paradigm, a provider of outcome-based, innovative clinical solutions for complex workers' comp injuries. In my previous role as an Underwriting Manager at West Bend Mutual Insurance, I oversaw underwriting operations for Argent, a mono-line workers' comp division and lead our Midwest and Southeast expansion efforts. I was responsible for ensuring the profitability, quality, and compliance of the underwriting portfolio, as well as mentoring and coaching underwriters. I am passionate about delivering value and excellence to my clients, partners, and colleagues, and I strive to continuously learn and grow in my field of expertise.
