Inspire leadership and commitment in a cooperative spirit to the Credit Unions mission and goals.• Set Agenda for Board and Executive Committee meetings in Concert with CEO• Preside over meetings of the full Board and Executive Committee in accordance with Credit Unions policies/Bylaws, as well as in compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations.• Appoint chairs of all committees, working with all committee Chairs to ensure effective recruitment and on-boarding of new Board members.• Maintain exceptional governing Boards by setting goals and expectations for our members. Convene Board as needed negotiating compensation, benefits, pay raises, and bonuses to key Management positions including CEO.• Strong fiscal management and oversight maintain fiscal health of Credit Union ensuring members assets are safe and secure. Approving the CEO budgets approve quarterly ALM, and all audits. • As a Board member I have worked to successfully complete two acquisitions in the past 10 years with two local Credit Unions. Continue to work With CEO seeking additional acquisitions for the future. Future growth of the Credit Union will come from future acquisitions or mergers.

Area Operations manager, managing lower level managers, and 150 Union field technicians Working in the FIOS building & installation.
