As COO, I focus on the execution of day-to-day operations. I have overall strategic and operational responsibility for University Movers, LLC. These responsibilities include oversight of each department and meeting with ownership and managers to discuss new developments, budgetary items, growth strategies and to keep them abreast of any challenges. Also, providing leadership to the University Movers, LLC strategic planning process and implementing new strategic sales initiatives. In addition, providing coordination for the University Movers, LLC management team; serve as liaison to University Movers, LLC partners and vendors.I also take on the role of Human Resource Manager. Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
