Together, we are developing innovative programs and resources that are empowering individuals to take control of their lives and their futuresOne of my proudest achievements is the development of the Connect Network, a rapidly growing community of missional hubs in the UK that is creating positive cultures and a sense of family for individuals upon release from prison to thrive and grow in.In addition, I have overseen the mentoring of 735 ex-offenders through the employability work programme I developed, which has expanded to Scotland, and helped 188 secure paid employment. I am also committed to researching and implementing bespoke programs such as Cleansheet, which tackles positive disclosure of criminal offenses and helps individuals gain future employment.Finally, I wrote and developed the Kingsman entrepreneurial ten-week prison training course for prisoners, which has taught many how to systematically set up profitable micro-businesses in prison and apply the principles learned to set up businesses upon release.My passion for creating positive change in the lives of others drives me to continue to innovate and develop programs that will help individuals reach their full potential.
