The program included delivery of more than 40 task orders resulting in the construction of critical water supply and sanitation infrastructure.

Senior project manager for World Bank supported study to develop Morocco’s first plan for water quality protection. Integrated hydrologic model with GIS database to create decision support system for prioritization of pollution prevention options. Drafted guidance for implementing nation-wide spill response program. Additionally served as project manager.

Led hydrologic modeling and water resources planning activities for Western U.S. tribal governments to support agricultural development and water rights negotiations (Fort Hall, Yakima, Havasupai, Navajo Nation). Designed and installed six hydro-meteorological stations in Eritrea, East Africa.
