Managed 14 Clinical Analysts responsible for ancillary system selection, implementation, maintenance, and end user support. Also responsible for ancillary areas of the EHR. Worked with other areas of IT to integrate ADT, orders, results, and billing interfaces. Ancillary areas supported include Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Cardiology, Respiratory Therapy, Surgery, Central Sterile Processing, Endoscopy, Rehab, Cancer Center, Neurophysiology and others. Systems were installed in seven hospitals, several outpatient care locations, and as many as 50 owned and non owned clinics. Worked with the CIO on capital and operating budgets and was involved in contract negotiations on system acquisitions. Worked with Custom Development Group to design and implement several clinical and administrative applications. Developed numerous radiology system reports using Crystal Reports.
