I was asked to evaluate the current standing of the work previously produced and estimate the remaining scope to a new tightened timeframe, which involved;* Breaking down project activities and reduced the delivery of smaller town to create slack in the submission of the larger city and gain client buy in.* I hosted skype meetings with stakeholders, contractors, Jacobs PMs and engineers to walk through the model’s key design flaws and rectify to satisfactory levels.* I worked with UK modellers to prove the flood extents with the client’s representative to regain confidence in the storage design.* Using Navisworks clash reports and projecting GPR utilities to profiles I was able to reduce 1000+ clashes to less than 20 integrated Manholes. I finalised pipe network reports and submitted the model to the contractor to verify design.* Successfully mitigated a damaged client relationship under strained conditions by developing direct channels of work flows to ensure correct data outputs were delivered clearly.
