I am a highly motivated Manager with 39 years experience working at BT and Openreach within the access network, delivering results and customer service excellence. I have a proven track record as an Operations Manager both in volume, complex and working within the network audit team both as an auditor and as the North West assessor Manager. During this time I have gained experience in all work steams e.g. fibre, copper, civls, all working areas coupled with exceptional customer relationship skills. I excel and have a proven track record in motivating teams resulting in increased efficiency, quality, safety and revenue growth coupled with high levels of customer satisfaction.I also have had 15 years’ experience as a territorial soldier in 81 Signals Squadron Vwhere I attained the rank of Sergeant.During my time in the TA I worked on field and static telecommunications in Germany, Cyprus and the Falklands, where I was in charge of teams working on projects aimed at improving the forces network.I feel that I would be an asset to any business in the area of telecommunications having worked in Management and as an auditor, I have attained the appropriate attributes and work experiences to fulfil the requirements needed for this job and have been a valued leader/member of the team.
