Completed the rollout for SITA of the Mandalay weighbridge application across Sydney. Managed the UAT, conversion verification and the user training. Wrote the integration specifications, numerous functional specifications (the application was not a good fit), the system and user test plans. Seconded a group of three operators to assist with testing, the user training and the site implementation and post implementation support. The System and User testing raised three hundred and forty issues with the vendor. Liaised with the vendor PM and developers to correct or improve the applications functionality and performance. SITA weighbridge application selection visited the sites and wrote a functional specification for the existing application.Working with a developer designing then developing a dimensional data warehouse for transactional reporting. Wrote over eight hundred Microsoft SQL queries for users and management. Used Microsoft Analysis Services cubes to assist with the sale of WSN to SITA.Search, selection and implementation of Pivotal CRM for Customer Service. Search, selection and Implementation of RAMS for the collection business.Ran a project to enhance the RAMS collection application for waste clean-up bookings for over one hundred thousand Sydney residents. Process mapped the first major council collection contract. Managed the data take on and cleansing for this and subsequent councils.Other Process Mapping for:- Council Clean-up bookings, Price rises, and Customer complaints.Project managed several upgrades to the Wasteman weighbridge product, including significant improvements.Completed the rollout of the Wasteman weighbridge app across Sydney.
