• Performed title due diligence for numerous clients to ascertain open acreage in 21 different counties in Texas, with a focus on the Barnet, Haynesville, and Eagle Ford Shales• Negotiated and leased over 5,000 acres in South Texas with individual mineral owners and their attorneys
