Operating most recently in the Fed Civ consulting environment, my experience in recent years demonstrates versatility, quick-study skills, and an appetite for learning and continuous improvement. In each role, I have cultivated deliberate, multi-channel customer orientation, taking pride in demonstrating accountability, follow-through, and a can-do spirit in everything I tackle. In earlier work, I established myself working abroad, crafting English language curricula for elementary through secondary Chinese ESL (English as a Second Language) students. Closer to home, I delivered technical writing in various capacities, offered front-line customer service in a range of retail settings, and provided peer-based technical support. I have a personal passion for writing, grew up partly overseas in a military family, and cut my teeth in leadership coaching track-and-field and cross-country athletes who, like me, enjoyed working hard and testing their own limits.
