Easter Seals of Delaware and Maryland Eastern Shore; Manage all processes and people associated with the facilities for Easter Seals at eight locations with 18 buildings covering more than 250 acres in two states. Designed, built and implemented environmental programs for all facilities in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and New York to ensure full compliance with regulations and corporate policies. Developed company environmental compliance polices on universal waste and refrigeration. Built and maintained productive working relationships with key government agencies that resulted in no out of compliance citations or violations. Created, implemented and managed program and trained 220 facility personnel for the EPA's spill prevention, control and countermeasure plans.

Constructed and implemented environmental and safety programs to 13 facilities with 1.3 million square feet. Researched and implemented governmental compliance policies. Selected to represent the company as the environmental and safety emergency response coordinator to federal, state and local government agencies in Maine and New Hampshire. Developed and delivered 23 safety education modules ensuring federal, state and local compliance to 2,600 people.

Managed a variety of construction projects in conjunction with on-going expansion of the organization. Projects included: Managed site development of 180 acres to include 360,000 square feet of office space. Managed the development of a $1.3 million recreational baseball facility. Designed, developed and managed the construction of a 12,000 square foot bowling alley/recreation facility completing it on time and within the allocated $880,000 budget.

Managed 18 Account Managers responsible for collecting $41 million in delinquency. Led top performing collections team for four consecutive months by developing and implementing collection strategies and successfully integrating them into a productive team. Selected from 200-person candidate pool to participate in intensive 3-month management development program.

Managed on site construction and restoration inspections.

Assisted Chief of Maintenance in all aspects of maintaining ENHS which includes 22 acres, original factory, artifacts and home.
