• Supervised direct reports including project managers, technicians, interns, and volunteers as well as project team members and other indirect reports. Experienced in hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Headed a cross-departmental team responsible for creation and execution of COSI’s annual special events including member and donor events as well as large-scale, week-long events involving dozens of partner.

• Directed the 9-year, 20-city tour of Lost Egypt traveling exhibition

• Oversaw a team of 15 technicians, supervisors, and volunteers and was responsible for daily maintenance and operation of COSI's more than 300 hands-on exhibits a/v systems.
• Led creation of popular Big Machines and Farm Days events to increase revenue and grow sponsorship, brought together industry-based advisory committees.

• Managed tours of three large national traveling exhibitions; developed marketing materials, negotiated contracts.
• Coordinated temporary exhibit installations, planned project schedules and managed project teams.

• Organized and tracked financial information and contracts; provided administrative and project support
