The use of PPAP (FMEA, Quality Plans etc.) to ensure that processes are correctly in place and relevant quality checks are carried out.

Working with all departments (Sales, customer visits, dies, production and quality) to ensure all new orders were delivered in full, on time and to the required or improved quality.Successfully project managed extrusions for small sports car company, this was the first time we had dealt with automotive companies.Because of this further work was offered.
