John is Senior Managing Director, Investments, for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap where he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sale transactions on a national basis. He has 18 years and over $10 billion of transaction experience representing many of the largest public, private, and institutional investors in Canada.Prior to joining IPA, John was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Colliers Canada and Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at BMO Capital Markets.He is also an active member of the Greater Toronto NAIOP Chapter holding a position on the Board of Directors.
