Provided consultancy services for small businesses, start-ups and non-profits, such as the Kingston Yacht Club (KYC), including: •Building a comprehensive, five-year strategic plan focused on scaling existing program offerings, refining internal operations, and expanding membership engagement based on a detailed analysis of KYC's current operations and key financials.•Crafting a multilevel program expansion model, outlining constraints and expected revenue projections under three scenarios.•Completing financial analysis to provide recommendations on how KYC can improve margins, maximize value through key business segments, and establish the financial implications associated with proposed recommendations.

During COVID closures at University, I decided to start a fun, side project called JS Ring Company. JS Ring is an e-commerce business, selling homemade rings made from refurbished and recycled cutlery (spoons and forks). I completed the following tasks:• Built an e-commerce shop through the Etsy platform • Launched online marketing campaigns through social media • Managed production and international distribution, selling to 10+ countries• Surpassed 200 sales• Designed graphics including brand logo and shop banners

As an Underwriter, my responsibilities included the following: • Conducted detailed market research and analysis to identify potential multifamily property acquisitions.• Helped build and refine complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, sensitivity analyses, and IRR/NPV projections, to evaluate acquisition opportunities and forecast investment returns.• Assisted in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for executive decision-making.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to support due diligence efforts, including market assessments, financial audits, and property inspections.• Analyzed market trends, rent growth, and demographic data to inform underwriting decisions.• Assisted in forecasting future cash flows and financial performance for prospective assets.
