Production Supervisor
Current• Supervises over 30-60 employees and multiple lines (dependent upon schedule) in the production of desserts, and ensures QA, SQF, and GMP compliance.• Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure continuity. Priority of minimizing downtime while focusing on KPI's, process improvement and operational excellence.• Develops employees and improves organizational culture, completing appraisals and corrective actions as required.• Completes required reports and paperwork for leading shifts through the completion of product runs and follows schedule, running multiple lines simultaneously.• Member of Emergency Response Team (CPR certified) and Safety Committee.
