I started at EF Hutton as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for CRM systems. While serving in this role I directed developers in customizing SuiteCRM. I eventually moved in a role where I managed the entire technology team, on-site and offshore. The on-site team consisted of 4 developers, Manager of Operations and Help Desk support. The offshore team consisted of several web developers. During this time our primary products were a suite of social media apps similar to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and others. I also worked closely with our DevOps team at Foghorn Consulting to manage the infrastructure at AWS. I was responsible for hiring both full time employees and consultants. I worked closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, Legal, Human Resource and Marketing teams to oversee the national release of several products, both on the desktop and mobile.

At CCC I was the Lead Developer and/or Team Leader of multiple variations of CRM systems. I designed, developed and implemented numerous online applications, and reports using Visual Basic, T-SQL and Vantive Forms Designer. I was the Lead Engineer and Developer for all internal integrations using Oracle SOA Suite. I created several web service based integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite, a legacy Sybase database, cloud based HR onboarding systems and CCC product systems. I led the effort to select an iPaaS ETL tool that resulted in the selection of Jitterbit, the leading Enterprise iPaaS. I led the team and assisted in building integrations between Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Microstrategy, Divdat, Red Carpet, Ultipro and Bank of America.

At Champion International I wrote several programs for the Mill Performance System and Product Tracking Systems. I lead the development team through the installation of a new Product Tracking system at Champion's largest white paper mill in Courtland, AL using a combination of technical skills and relationship building with mill personnel. The system tracked the product from the time it came off of the paper machine until it was shipped from the mill. Components of the system included product tracking, inventory reporting, production reporting, shipping reports, manifests, bills of lading and integrations with floor machines and the order entry system.As a Systems Analyst I visited several publication paper mills to gather the requirements for adapting the Product Tracking system to the publication papers business. This included countless interviews with mill personnel to determine their needs.
