CurrentPiF Technologies has helped businesses across New England and beyond eliminate paper and manual processes with Automation for over 25 years. They noticed a significant gap in how copier vendors service and support their customers and knew they could take their technology expertise and create a better copier experience by partnering with Ricoh. Through flexible billing, highly responsive support, and lower costs - PiF has quickly become a leader in office technology in Northern New England. In my role as Director of Sales, I directly oversee our copier sales team and empower them to deliver PiF’s value proposition as well as grow relationships with our existing New Hampshire customers. Through training, shadowing field cold calls, and working to overcome setbacks - I have helped PiF expand our copier footprint in New Hampshire and helped mentor a successful team of Territory Account Executives.
