At Multistaff, we specialise in delivering tailored recruitment solutions, driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation. My passion lies in building the very best teams & management structures while harnessing new technologies and industry advancements to enhance the services offered.My journey to this point has been far from conventional. From humble beginnings cycling over 12 miles round trip every weekend aged 14, collecting eggs for £3 per hour, to trying my hand at various jobs in search of fulfilment.At 16, I first ventured into the retail sector, at well-known stores like Do It All, Kwik Save, Asda, and Our Price, retail didn't ignite my passion. I dipped my toes into the industrial industry, at Trills, Bacol, UEF Automotive (formerly known as Garringtons) as a "Crack Detector." While the job title was embarrassing the money was better, & enjoyed working night, I still felt something was missing. It wasn't until I stumbled across an opportunity to join a multinational recruitment agency as a trainee that I knew I had found my calling. My creativity exploded, I was hooked.Despite working a second job behind a bar, evenings and weekends to make ends meet, I knew my career had begun. And thus, my recruitment journey began as a trainee at the age of 19.Since then, I've overcome challenges, celebrated victories, which eventually led me to founding my first recruitment business in May 2009 within the spare room of my home.Beyond the professional realm, I'm a devoted family man, proud father to two children and proud stepfather to five more, not to mention a devoted husband to my soul mate and newlywed wife.My journey has been a winding road, filled with triumphs, setbacks, and unexpected twists.
