Sr. technical trainer for VRF and mini- split division

To teach ,Coach and mentor students in the hands on portion of their curriculum of a blended program learning the HVAC/R industry to help them be successful when entering the workforce as a technician in this industry

I am currently an Air Conditioning Service technician

At CLEAResult I am a Field Service Technician and My job duties include to train technicians as they enter into the SCE HVAC Optimization Quality Maintenance program to be able to properly navigate thru the MPS which is Web based data storage for the information gathered from the units brought into the program which is based on the Ashrae/ACCA Standard 180.My duties also include to help and to mentor the technicians enrolled in the program to understand and to assure that they are performing their maintenance to utmost quality.Also to perform Quality control audits to verify compliance with the program and Standard 180 high level of the work performed on Commercial Air Conditioning Units

At PECI I am a Field Service Technician ll on HVAC Optimization a program modeled after the ASHRAE/ ACCA Standard 180 for the quality maintanence of commercial HVAC systems to acheive energy efficiency,thermal comfort, and indoor air quality.My role is to train all of the technicians that are enrolled into the program to be able to navigate thru the Web based "MPS" and to proficently diagnos and maintain the HVAC unit to a high standard

I started out as a service technician and worked my way up to Field Supervisor in the lead of managing an account Maintaining and repairing the HVAC systems on 76, 24 hour health clubs in Orange and San diego Counties. Dealing with the Management of the contractor I worked for and also with the health clubs maintainence technicians and also their management.

As a field superintendent I was responsible for supervising an installation workforce of up 20 foreman and 150 installers for the installation of commercial HVAC from tennant improvement to ground up project. My duties were to deal with owners, Project managers, inspectors and My crews
