Primary Responsibilities• Manage the RH Product Safety Testing Program• Lead RH effort to reduce safety, regulatory and social compliance risk for RH products and the associated production.• Track and analyze company data to help identify compliance and safety risks.• Interact with cross functional teams to help educate about compliance testing and product safety issues.• Interact with RH Legal Department, Product Quality Teams, Product Development Teams, Merchant Teams, Shanghai Team, 3rd Party Sourcing Agents, Vendors, Factories and 3rd Party Testing companies regarding product testing, packaging testing, and product regulatory compliance issues.• Management of Product Safety and Compliance Team general email box.o Alert Leaders of issueso Research customer questionso Provide responses where appropriateo Field emails and ensure they are attended to by the right person or in the right way• Review all new product SKUs with Product Safety and Compliance Leaders to determine what requires testing, what level of testing is needed and who should conduct the testing, in addition to other compliance verification techniques.• Track product testing process utilizing new Salesforce based ICIX systemo Review TASKSo Run reportso Respond to questions• MOS and coordinate shipment of product test samples to testing labs as requiredo Own process of finding inventory in DC, tracking shipment and following up with labs for results• Other tasks, projects and functions as assigned by Product Safety and Compliance executives

- Plans and executes complex and often highly confidential projects to achieve business objectives. - Directs and supports project schedules and budgets.- Utilizes cross-function collaboration to achieve timely completion on all project aspects including cost studies, assessments of operations, analysis, methods, and procedures.

- Performs needs analyses to identify areas for study or opportunities for new programs. - Collects data from multiple sources, evaluates, and interprets data to formulate recommendations for success. - Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
