Began managing a one dealership contract in one market area and grew to managing 16 dealership contracts in two market areas - Montgomery, AL and Mobile, AL. Prepared me for the challenges of owning business and gained invaluable experience. Purchased business in October 2013.

Inherited poorly accounted parts room at a Ford store. Immediately began sorting, organizing, and finding every part to maximize value for dealership. The team I lead found an additional $200k in parts that had not been catalogued. After conducting a formal inventory, I began A) returning obsolete parts and B) formed ordering/stocking best practices with zero sales history. Established profitable accessory and aftermarket parts and service section, both increasing bottom dollar sales and increasing customer loyalty and excitement in the fixed ops sector of the store.

Oversaw various logistical operations between a 3 location dealer group. Participated in logistics of 1,000 + vehicles across not only the three physical locations as well as auctions and other dealerships across the southeast. Worked this job while in college at University of Alabama - Birmingham. The dealer principal prepared me as to what to expect while dealing with Franchise Automotive Dealers.
