I am responsible for the development and cultivation of internal and external relationships, evaluating and structuring transactions, negotiating documents and master agreements, conducting research, setting limits and monitoring exposures as well as ensuring that the credit policy is strictly adhered to. - Used strong interpersonal skills and detailed knowledge of Trafigura business and financial models to solicit over $2bn in credit line, saving over $6m annually in financing costs.- Formed working relationships with internal departments to facilitate day to day running of business as well as solutions to ad hoc issues. - In-depth analysis of counterparties allowed me to be confident in setting or proposing credit limits which are commercially beneficial while in keeping with our conservative risk appetite.- Pro-active in looking to improve and streamline my departments operations, including our procedures relating to monitoring and review, worked with IT to develop proprietary reports to measure our department's efficiency, adjusted internal audits checks to reflect market practices in North America and helped various departments to develop procedures which better integrate with the Finance Department.

I expanded and deepened coverage within my regions, as well as ensure the clean-up of old data, gaining knowledge of diverse international accounting practices in Portuguese and Spanish.
