CurrentAs the Grand Scribe, I oversee all internal communications within the chapter and manage essential documentation, including paperwork and the reporting of new pledges and initiates. My responsibilities include recording and maintaining minutes of chapter meetings, handling correspondence with relevant stakeholders, and producing the annual alumni newsletters.This role serves as the communication backbone of the Executive Committee, ensuring seamless operations and effective record-keeping. Through this position, I have developed strong skills in communication, data management, and team leadership, all of which contribute to the smooth functioning of the chapter.
