(Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda) - Created and raised in donations for projects such as: new curriculum, school uniforms, computers - Managed and grew a large child sponsorship program in East Africa. - Child updates and communications- National Missionaries:- Managed and grew the national missionary sponsorship program.- Created and managed projects with missionaries for better outreach throughout S.E. Asia, Mexico & Cuba

- The Bible Chapel is a 4,000 member, multi-campus church- I had the privilege of directing the Sr. High Youth- Preached every Sunday and every Wednesday- Developed 30+ leaders- Wrote curriculum- Helped develop long term scope and sequence

- Developed and Directed the Sunday experience as well as serving projects and events for Jr. & Sr. High- Created and lead a ministry for Young Adults 18-28- Developed leaders in both ministries through discipleship and training

- Crossroads is one of America's fastest growing and largest churches- Envisioned and lead creative direction for Jr. & Sr. High Sunday experience- Developed adult volunteers' spiritual and personal growth by example, through meetings and training- Created and coordinated weekend content and overall experience- Established weekly small groups for Sr. High students- Facilitated large group weekend experience for 200+ Jr. High and 175 Sr. High students
