I am a founder member of Green Angel Ventures, the only UK angel syndicate focusing on the battle to address climate change, with a passion for companies that deliver a more sustainable future. For a number of the companies within my/our investment portfolio, I advise and mentor the CEO and senior leadership team members, providing strategic input on sales, operational and sustainability issues. I am a Non Executive Director of:- Swytch Technology - an innovative, fast growing company producing state of the art ebike conversion kits; - StormHarvester - who use AI to predict early stage sewer blockages, reduce flooding and enhance rainwater harvesting; and - AirEx - who provide smart ventilation control to improve energy efficiency, reduce damp, and lessen energy bills.I was previously with Environmental Resources Management, retiring in 2016 after almost 20 years in senior executive leadership roles. In this period ERM grew to become the world's leading sustainability consultancy - supported by 4 rounds of private equity funding - with 2016 valuation of $1.7billion.My career has been focused on delivering a more inclusive and sustainable future, as a consultant, high growth business owner, global managing partner, public speaker, investor and non executive director.
