I grew up in Northern California in the greater Sacramento area. Through family, sports, extracurricular activities, and academic excellence I learned the value of great work ethic, communication skills, and inclusivity. I was a two-sport varsity athlete throughout highschool and finished with a 4.5 GPA while completing my general education through the advanced placement program. These values were further reinforced by my father, who has been in tech sales for the last three decades. At San Jose State I was a decorated student athlete, achieving the rank of Academic All Mountain West athlete for six semesters, and graduating a year early. I went on to complete my four semester masters program in just three semesters with honors. Throughout my career as an athlete, I maintained a travel position on the team while being highly involved with recruiting. I participated in many extracurricular programs. Extracurricular highlights include, but are not limited to holding the position of Analytics Team Lead for the COMMSJSU social media team, and volunteer work at Winterfaith Homeless Shelter. After concluding my athletic career, I began working as a bartender in the heart of Silicon Valley, where I began my sales journey and continued to grow my network with individuals from all over the tech industry. Recently, I completed Vendition's robust Sales Development Bootcamp where I learned about the outbound sales function, the technical tools that are used in the role, and the soft skills I possess that will carry over well into a SaaS SDR roleIn my free time I enjoy doing most things outside. I paddleboard, upkeep my garden, and am currently training for my next half marathon. I have loved golf since I was a young boy, and am always looking for a reason to get out and work on my swing! I love to learn new things, especially in the world of STEM. I stay up to date on scientific discoveries and tech through flipboard and enjoy listening to Neil Degrasse Tyson's podcast Startalk.
