Medical Capital Recovery (MCR) is a service based company, in that all of its income and revenue is derived from providing valuable services to the medical and healthcare industry. MCR assists healthcare providers by recovering financial resources from government and private entities, which will reimburse the provider for medical services the provider has rendered to patients who cannot afford to pay their medical bills. MCR provides these reimbursement and financial recovery services by assisting the patient through the eligibility process required to gain eligibility for third party resource programs. Employees of MCR are trained by MCR staff to become familiar with all programs available to the patient and to become proficient in the processing of these programs, so that the MCR employees are able to assist the provider and the patient in maximizing financial recovery. Under our contract with the health care provider, MCR is paid for its services, only after the provider has been reimbursed from a third party resource which MCR was instrumental for gaining patient eligibility. MCR and its employees provide not only a valuable financial service to the health care industry but also are directly involved in the process of assisting patients who are in need of both medical and financial services.
