Accountable for all package service for southern and middle NH, middle Maine, & the State of Connecticut. Led, trained, and coached associates to provide top rated service that UPS built its reputation on. Oversaw the Air Package division for all hub distribution for domestic and international shipments during three million dollar upgrade with no loss in service levels and 100% on time outbound shipments.
